Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Shree Jyotish Vidhya Peeth. We strive to provide accurate Vedic calculations, horoscope evaluations, and spiritual consultation services. Please read our policy regarding refunds and booking cancellations carefully before making any payment.

Strict No-Refund Policy: Once a payment is made for any of our consultation packages, gemstone advisory, or spiritual remedies, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

1. Booking Validity & Postponement

If you have paid the consultation fee but were unable to attend or hold your scheduled consultation session, your payment will not be refunded. However, we offer the following scheduling flexibility:

1-Month Buffer Period: You have a maximum of 1 month (30 days) from the date of payment to book and complete your consultation session.
Expiration: If you fail to book and complete your session within this 1-month period, the booking slot validity will expire, and no consultations or refunds will be provided.

2. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled slot by calling or sending a message on WhatsApp. Rescheduled sessions must still occur within the 1-month validity period starting from the original payment date.

3. Remedy & Gemstone Purchase

Fees paid for planetary remedy reports, Vastu analyses, gemstone selection reports, or other digital birth chart analyses are non-refundable as these products involve highly personalized calculations and time investments by Pandit Neeraj Kumar.
